A few weeks into building Tomorrow Built, I decided I wanted to learn web design.

I enrolled in a course, got past the very basics, but right after that I was humbled so quickly I nearly closed the laptop. Major kudos to every graphic designer in my network, my appreciation for what you do has never been higher!

But I still needed a website that actually looked like Tomorrow Built. The GoDaddy version Gadiel had built to get us started was doing its job, and I had done a full content overhaul, but I could see the gap between where it was and where it needed to be. The brand, the feel, the vision — none of it was quite there yet.

Then Claude Design Showed Up on My Account

I built a design system, pulling together all our content, logos and creative direction, and asked Claude to redesign the site around it. A bunch of iterations later I was genuinely chuffed. It looked like us. It felt like us.

Then my big question showed up: This thing exists on my laptop. How does it get on the internet?

That’s where Jake and Gadiel came in. And now the upgraded Tomorrow Built website is live.

The Gap Is Closing

The gap between “I can’t do this” and “I just did this” is getting smaller. The right tools don’t replace expertise, they meet you where you are and let you go further than you thought you could. The rest, you do together.

Go teamwork! 💪
